You own everything you write in Folio. We make no claim to your journal entries, notes, or any content you create. Since everything is stored on your device, you are responsible for backing up your own data.
Folio offers Pro subscriptions and a Lifetime plan via Apple's In-App Purchase system. All purchases are subject to Apple's Terms of Service. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as provided by Apple's refund policy.
Folio is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
Folio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of data. Please export your journal regularly as a backup.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
